3D Designer/Artist

Roadwerx, an experiential marketing, and event production agency, is looking for 3D Artists to model, light and render beautiful images and videos of our concept designs. We create brand activations, in-venue experiences, permanent and pop-up installations, and VIP experiences for our group of “household name” clients. What separates us from most competitors is that we house both a design department and fabrication shop under one roof. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to contribute to the creative process from conception to completion, with a focus on quality, attention to detail, ability to work on multiple projects and meet mission critical deadlines. Candidate will develop renderings for ideation and visualization across multiple application platforms. Ability to collaborate with in house fabricators, providing schematics and elevations of projects is essential. Experience with 2D also a required to assist the team as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3-5 years work experience in the creative and design field

• Expertise with 3D modeling and rendering tools (flat 3D renderings - animation a bonus but not required)

• Proficient in 3D software, especially 3D StudioMax, VRay, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Extensive experience editing, retouching, texturizing/lighting and refining digital images

• Strong understanding of the building process and materials required

• Resourcefulness, ingenuity, and problem solving skills a must

• Must be detail oriented, dependable, and able to work well under pressure

MUST HAVE:

• 3D Studio Max (Polygon modeling, uvw unwrapping)

• Vray

• Photoshop
