MSG Concert Series

Roadwerx concepted and executed a social media activation at Madison Square Garden in NYC for 54 concerts during the Time Warner Cable MSG Concert Series. The locker game was featured in the main concourse prior to each concert where brand ambassadors welcomed guests to pick a key to open a locker for a chance to win a prize. They were then asked to take their photo and tweet or post the photo to create awareness and buzz for Time Warner Cable.

Roadwerx provided on-site management for all concerts as well as the hiring and coordination of all brand ambassadors, ordering branded prizing and fulfillment, and data capture.
